Big changes could be coming to Hillcrest soon, as the city is proposing a plan to build 30 story high rises and double the neighborhood's population. A woman who allegedly slashed a sleeping passenger aboard an MTS Trolley in La Jolla has been arrested, according to SDPD. The City of San Diego is launching a nationwide search to replace three top-ranking officials in the San Diego Police Department, who are set to retire in the coming months.
