The City of San Diego's Economic Development Department will begin dispersing as much as $2,500 in emergency relief grants starting today. Officials with the U.S. Department of Agriculture will be in San Diego today to tour flood damaged homes and businesses. Water contact closures remain in effect at a number of San Diego County beaches from all this rain and runoff.
