San Diego County is launching a campaign to better educate families about the dangers of human trafficking. Firefighters were able to extinguish the prescribed burn on MCAS Miramar. Later this week, The City of San Diego will pay nearly $900,000 to settle a lawsuit alleging negligence by the San Diego Police Department. Here's NBC 7's Jackie Crea with the top stories of the day.
