At least four people were killed in a head-on crash near Fallbrook. It happened late last night along SR-76 about a mile east of the I-15. The Oceanside Pier is back open this weekend after a fire damaged part of the iconic landmark. A paddle-out ceremony will be held this afternoon in Ocean Beach in memory of the three surfers killed in Mexico.
