A swimmer sustained significant but not life threatening injuries after being attacked by a shark in the waters off Del Mar Sunday morning. Rubio's Coastal Grill is closing 48 locations across California, including 13 here in San Diego. Today, California's DMV'S are expanding their online services in an effort to reduce wait times.
