A couple from Del Mar Heights is offering a $2,500 reward for the arrest of a man who stole thousands of dollars in heirloom jewelry from their home. Burn permits are being suspended across San Diego County today. This means people will no longer be able to do any outdoor burning of things like branches, leaves or dead vegetation. The city says repairs along Ingraham Street in Pacific Beach are now nearly finished.
