Covid and Flu rates are rising both around the country and here at home, prompting some local hospitals to reinstate mask requirements. The San Diego Humane Society is working to reunite more than 100 pets who ran away from home on New Year's Eve with their families. A number of lanes on the Westbound 8 freeway in El Cajon will be closed in the coming days to replace old infrastructure.
