A new report says San Diego County is meeting its state-mandated housing goals. The EPA administration is working on a list of everything needed to clean up the Tijuana River and top stop the pollution once and for all. Sea World says it's rescued almost 60 sea lions, about 40 birds, and 14 dolphins, as they deal with the toxic algae bloom.
