Complaints against U.S. Border Patrol are being filed, claiming they are holding migrants in open-air detention sites for several hours after they cross. Parents in Poway are demanding increased safety measures after their kids' elementary school was the target of a shooting threat a couple of weeks ago. As people are doing their last-minute online shopping, this is a time when scammers try to steal shoppers' personal information.
