San Diego Police are trying to track down the person or people who vandalized a city park in Clairemont. The man accused of killing a La Mesa Police Officer in a crash on I-8 is back behind bars and is now facing a murder charge. Torrey Pines Reserve will be closed through next February due to a multi-phase construction project.
