Construction is beginning on the 8 freeway east-bound between Main Street and Loren Drive. The body found inside an Allied Gardens Freezer has been identified as Mary Margaret Haxby Jones. Masks are now required at a number of hospitals across the country, including Scripps Hospital in San Diego, due to a spike in Covid cases.
