A state House committee has voted to endorse a proposed constitutional amendment that would guarantee an individual’s right to refuse vaccines. The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection suggested a rule that would put stricter limits on the use of “forever chemicals” in drinking water. Baseball fans may be treated to a comeback of the original Phillie Phanatic next season. Finally, the heat was turned up during Penn State’s game against Michigan over the weekend in more ways than one.
