The Pennsylvania Department of Health has dropped legal action against the 40 restaurants which defied COVID-19 mitigation orders during the pandemic. The state Senate Finance Committee has passed two tax credit bills which seek to help businesses recover from the coronavirus outbreak. Cocktails-to-go may become a permanent option at restaurants and bars throughout the state. And seriously—why are these turtles crossing roads?
