Some Pennsylvania lawmakers are looking to establish a state fund to help low-income households pay for home repairs. One metro area saw the steepest natural population decline out of any in the country. Nearly a dozen more counties have been added to Pennsylvania’s spotted lanternfly quarantine zone.
