Teresa Miller, the Secretary of Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services, has announced her resignation. The Pennsylvania House passed a bill that would help to provide more flexibility for schools in finding substitute teachers. Officials have warned residents to be wary of ticks as the weather warms up. Plus, a landing craft designed by a company in Pittsburgh is being tested by NASA in preparation for its 2023 trip to the moon.
