The Pennsylvania Department of Health has ordered hospitals in the state to take new precautions to help protect nurses and other staff from the coronavirus. A Philadelphia police officer has turned himself in to face charges of aggravated assault after a video surfaced of him striking a protester with a baton. One woman found dead in a state park, another woman taken for treatment. Some supermarkets are relaxing safety precautions.
