A hiker that went missing in the Pennsylvania portion of the Appalachian Trail was found safe and sound. The state Department of Agriculture announced that it is using insecticide to beat back invasive spotted lanternflies. The Pennsylvania unemployment benefits system is currently in transition until next week. And this one farm will let you play with goats at no charge.
