Fatal drug overdoses spiked in Pennsylvania throughout 2020, increasing by roughly 14 percent when compared to 2019’s numbers. One university has changed its mind and announced that both vaccinated and unvaccinated students won’t be required to wear masks indoors when classes begin this fall.
