Police in Philadelphia are investigating the fatal shooting of a man who opened fire on a crowd by two undercover cops. After over three decades, a man in Adams County has been arrested in the rape and murder of an 85-year-old woman. The state’s Transportation Revenue Options Commission is expected to release a report on ways to best replace Pennsylvania’s gas tax. Also, a quick reminder to look to the skies tonight, as the International Space Station will be visible over the Keystone State.
