The windows of an apartment building in Philadelphia have been “spontaneously” breaking for about three years now. One shelter is so overcrowded it’s decided to pay people to foster cats and dogs. Multiple Pennsylvanian cities didn’t do all too hot in a report concerning the best for “quality of life.” Plus, this guy went to count sheep and realized they were missing.
