Federal officials announced Friday how shipments to Pennsylvania of both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines have been delayed due to the weather. Students at Lehigh University are facing expulsion after throwing a “COVID party.” In Allegheny County, a man drives his SUV across a frozen lake because “he thought it would be fun.” And the two injured seals that were rescued at the Jersey Shore are making full recoveries.
