The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission has been reviewing historical markers and plaques around the state for potential editing or removal, most notably those pertaining to the Civil War. One school district intends to use a Google platform to more closely monitor students’ emails. Amtrak may be cutting its service. Plus, the nation’s cheapest cup of coffee is right here in Pennsylvania.
