A former bookkeeper for the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation has been accused of embezzling over $2.6 million to fund her gambling habits and vacations. SEPTA has announced that it intends to move forward with modernizing its trolley system. PETA is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who helps Carlisle police catch whoever was responsible for leaving a pit bull tied to a bridge in LeTort Park. Plus, one Quakertown woman helped to raise money for servers struggling during the coronavirus pandemic by starting her own “tip challenge.”
