We wrap up the hour with a little 15 min of Heat, as we look ahead to the return of the NBA after the All-Star break.

We begin the hour with a little nerd out from Tobin as it has been announced that Netflix is set to host an MMA fight between Ronda Rousey and Gina Carano. Leroy, Jfig, and Brittney try to share his excitement. Tobin teases this story all show, as more Twitter trouble is stirred up when Jaylen Waddle was accused of liking a tweet that proclaimed that he wanted to be “next” to be released by the Dolphins, he tries to clean up the misunderstanding. The gang goes sports heartache for sports heartache, they try to top each other's sports trauma. And Brittney once again gets frustrated trying to explain figure skating to the gang.

We have officially moved into Football off-season which explains why the gang spends the entire first segment speaking on the mascots of Miami and Tobin calling for a Billy the Marlins resurgence! Bam wants no one to forget that he dunked on Kel’el Ware so he makes it his profile picture. Leroy tries to explain to Tobin and Brittney that being a running back in the NFL isn’t as “fun” as they think. And we go over the suspensions involving the fight between the Hawks and Charlotte!

We are half way through the week and Tobin is excited about Baseball spring training! He reminisces on spring training of seasons past! Now that Tobin is supposedly “done” with Giannis to the Heat he now has his eyes set on a different guy this off season; and Leroy of course isn’t a fan of this idea. Leroy tries to get his revenge on Tobin for pulling on his tail over the last couple days… It worked!
