Spring Training nostalgia kicks things off as Tobin shifts his offseason obsession from Giannis to a new Heat target — much to Leroy’s dismay. The crew dives into full football offseason chaos with mascot debates, Billy the Marlin advocacy, Bam’s petty profile pic, NFL running back reality checks, and fallout from the Hawks-Hornets suspensions. Trade rumors heat up with talk of Bam potentially landing in Golden State, sparking a debate about frosty relationships and missed championship windows before another edition of Rats Off A Ship. The show wraps with Olympic drama (no sympathy given), Mark Cuban buyback buzz, Rocky takes, and plenty of finger-pointing to close things out

The gang discusses the chaos that has been surrounding the Winter Olympics as a Norwegian athlete admits to cheating on his girlfriend he now wants back after winning Bronze; we have no sympathy. Rumors have begun circulating that Mark Cuban with the help of other investors may want to purchase the Dallas Mavs team back. We end the show with a bit of silly sauce, Tobin’s Rocky takes, and some pointing fingers!

There have been rumors circulating around the internet about Bam potentially landing on the Golden State Warriors, as it was reported they might go after him in the offseason. Tobin thinks it might be a great idea despite his and Jimmy’s relationship may still be frosty, and Leroy thinks the window has passed. Then we play our favorite Wednesday game Rats Off A Ship!; Dehaun Watson, Valentines Day, and more!

We have officially moved into Football off-season which explains why the gang spends the entire first segment speaking on the mascots of Miami and Tobin calling for a Billy the Marlins resurgence! Bam wants no one to forget that he dunked on Kel’el Ware so he makes it his profile picture. Leroy tries to explain to Tobin and Brittney that being a running back in the NFL isn’t as “fun” as they think. And we go over the suspensions involving the fight between the Hawks and Charlotte!

We are half way through the week and Tobin is excited about Baseball spring training! He reminisces on spring training of seasons past! Now that Tobin is supposedly “done” with Giannis to the Heat he now has his eyes set on a different guy this off season; and Leroy of course isn’t a fan of this idea. Leroy tries to get his revenge on Tobin for pulling on his tail over the last couple days… It worked!

It’s a jam-packed post–Super Bowl Monday as Tobin, Leroy, and the crew dive into everything from Bad Bunny’s show-stealing halftime performance to the Seahawks’ domination of the Patriots and what it means for New England’s future. The guys break down Dolphins news and coaching insights, and debate how this team can improve defensively—including a spirited discussion around a potential Maxx Crosby trade. Heat talk is sprinkled throughout with multiple editions of 15 Minutes of Heat as the team heads toward the All-Star break, plus plenty of silliness as Tobin defends his Jovic takes, battles the “dishonest twins,” and insists he’s officially out on Giannis—for good. The silly sauce was in full effect in the third hour as an all out quibble breaks out between Tobin and the “dishonest twins” (deemed by Tobin) Jfig and Leroy. Tobin tries to convince everyone that he no longer wants Giannis and NEVER will again.

Tobin is very excited to show everyone the new Marlins alternate Sunday uniforms for home games, and they are GOOSIES! As we continue to hear from the Dolphins new coaching staff, Tobin and Leroy try to make sense on what the future will hold for this team; how will they improve the defense? Then it is time to huddle up in the locker room for Leroy to give out his Game Balls and Game Bums from this sports filled weekend!

It is the Monday after the Super Bowl and we get right into it! The gang gives Bad Bunny his flowers for his amazing Super Bowl Performance! The Seahawks absolutely botched the Patriots, making you wonder about the Patriots road to the Super Bowl. The gang discusses the status of who will be at QB for the Dolphins next season, do the Dolphins try to move Tua now or let him play this year out? We then dip into our mixed bag as we hear from Paul Maurice as the Cats go into the winter break in a terrible position in the playoff standings; as well as Shams on why the Grizzlies were not able to move Ja before the trade deadline!

We roll right into the second hour and Tobin teases the Marlins new uniforms as they are set to make their reveal tomorrow at the Marlins fan fest along with their Half of Fame class this year; Tobin and Leroy discuss who they believe will be in that class! The gang discusses their lackluster feelings towards this year's Super Bowl. We try to tickle Leroy’s fancy with the weekend slate, but end up in a rather scintillating conversation about the controversy surrounding the Winter Olympics involving enlarged male private parts…?

We have made it to Friday which means we are dealing with the NBA trade deadline hangover. Tobin is still very much not over the Heat not making any moves yesterday, and questions what the direction this team is moving forward. The gang dips their toes in the Super Bowl pool, as they all feel like the Patriots are going to get boat raised by the Seahawks. We finish up this hour with 15 min of Heat, and Tobin and Leroy declare Giannis a phony!

Trade deadline day is here and the gang spends the entire show waiting on the Miami Heat to make a move. Leroy pushes back on Tobin and Brittney’s “negative” outlook while Tobin yells down to 601 Biscayne Blvd. begging Pat Riley to PLEASE DO SOMETHING. As the deadline approaches, Heat frustration grows, Tobin’s tirade continues, and the guys break down all the NBA news while also taking a quick timeout to discuss the future of Tua as the Dolphins’ starting QB. Things take a dark turn when reports confirm the Bucks will not be trading Giannis, sending Tobin into a full meltdown aimed at Milwaukee, Giannis, and just about everyone else. Heat fans call in to react to the failed dream trade, and the show closes with lingering sorrow, Leroy trying to stay optimistic, and Tobin swearing he’ll behave better tomorrow (doubtful).

Tobin continues to echo the thoughts around many Heat fans as it feels like the Heat continue to not deliver with big trade after apparently being in the “talks” while Leroy tries to play optimist. We finish off the show with Tobin swearing he will behave better tomorrow (doubtful).
