She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach, a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University, and a PhD in Nursing Science from University of California, Irvine. She is also the founder and owner of the The Sweet Arrival, LLC. Her company is dedicated to helping parents-to-be prepare for their baby’s arrival through parenting classes and concierge services.
