The hottest topic of the past six months is the U.S. Debt Limit Increase that, according to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, MUST be raised by next Monday. What happens if we don't get that done? It would be the first default ever on paying the U.S. debt. The bill cobbled together by Joe Biden and Kevin McCarthy is under fire from numerous Democrats AND Republicans. Conventional wisdom, however, says the bill will pass! Sec. of State Antony Blinken is blasting the nation of Uganda for passing stiff penalties for homosexuality. Blinken is threatening Uganda for doing so! What right does any member of the U.S. government have to demand anything from leaders of a sovereign nation? The ACLU has sued the state of Nebraska for exercising its right to pass laws for its citizens. The ACLU challenge is for the banning of gender transition surgeries on minors!
