The media world has gone bonkers! They do not know how to respond intelligently to the whirlwind of "proposed" tariffs. Trump has notified world leaders the U.S. will initiate against these countries if they do not work together with the U.S. on mutually important matters: China, Mexico, Venezuela, Canada, etc. Someone in the media described the process of Trump's warning of impending tariffs against those countries as "negotiation notices."
