Former NFL VP of Officiating for the NFL Rules Analyst pioneer Mike Pereira joins the show to talk about his path from the sidelines to our TV screens. Mike tells us about his early days officiating high school football and how that helped him land a gig as the NFL's top official. He also tells us a never before heard perspective of Calvin Johnson's famed "completing the process" catch gone wrong against the Bears back in 2010, and a whole lot more. The Kings of the North and their grand prince Brad Holmes have been on a hot streak as far as the off-season is concerned since his reign began. Did Holmes disappoint this year? Ah the NFC South. Which many see as the NFL’s dumpster, and a division who’s reigning Champ was a staggering 9-8, had to improve from last year…right? The Buccaneers were average at best in 2023, but did they do enough to provide Baker Mayfield with enough ammo to go back to back? Atlanta got a new coach, (RIP Arthur Smith) and TWO new QBs. Can the Saints and Derek Carr scrape together enough mediocrity to actually compete? Lastly, we discuss the state of the Panthers, and I’m sure Uncle Sam will find a way to try to extinguish the dumpster fire in Carolina and logically give Bryce Young a fighting chance. A voice that captivates and brings smiles to NFL fans everywhere, NFL Network star and RedZone host SCOTT HANSON joins the show. As a Detroit...well...Rochester...native, we had to ask about his days growing up in Metro Detroit and some of his first jobs out of Syracuse. His time at 'Cuse was an interesting one as a do-it-all guy for the Orange football team. IT IS FINALLY HERE. We’ve known the matchups, but now we know when they are. Chiefs vs Ravens to start the year? Have we had enough of KC in primetime, or is an AFC Championship rematch just what we needed. Friday night football? From BRAZIL?? How many international games can the NFL squeeze in? When will the Lions play their most formidable opponents? We find out soon!

The Seahawks have moved on from Pete Carroll, but so far this off season they do not look much different from the old days. The Rams were seemingly dead after their Super Bowl run, but did they add enough to their young core to continue the resurgence? Did the Niners do enough to seal their place in the conference, or could a young fierce Arizona Cardinals team give them fits?

We wrap up the AFC with the North, and try to determine who the free agency kings were. Did the Bengals do enough to compete with Baltimore? Will the Ravens be more complete than ever? The Steelers do not have losing seasons, but did Pittsburgh do enough to keep winning? And most of all...Cleveland without Joe Flacco...will Uncle Sam finally bark this year?

In our second Off-Season Recap episode, we chat about the AFC South. A division that was not long ago a laughing stock could now be more entertaining than ever.
