- When communication is clear, complete, and compassionate, misunderstandings are far less likely to happen.
- When everyone talks to each other as equals, with respect for what each person brings to the success of the team, cohesiveness is the order of the day.
- When everyone understands the goal and the path to achieve the goal, each team member becomes a leader on that path.
Your own internal communication is important to tend to, too - when the voice inside your head beats you up, ask it to be more respectful. When it reminds you how good you are at leading a team, you and everyone in your circle succeed.
