A redeemed household has nothing to offer but their need. Only in their need does a redeemer meet them. That's true of Ruth. Her redeemer, Boaz, worked only when she expressed her need. She had nothing else to offer. It's true of all who have been redeemed throughout the Scriptures and it is not different from any of us. We have nothing to offer but a complete need for rescue. It's in that place that our redeemer, Jesus, steps in. He is to us what Boaz was to Ruth. Join us for this last installment of our deep dive into the book of Ruth.
