My guest, Franceska Marie McCaughan, is a powerhouse in transforming female leaders into their million-dollar selves by tackling unresolved childhood trauma.
Her story is one of resilience. At seven, she faced her mother’s gun, a moment that split her life into 'before' and 'after.' Her childhood was a survival thriller: running water was a luxury, and an empty fridge was the norm.
She was often told to move on from the past, but she realized that what we try to outrun is what we need to process. Franceska’s mission is to help others heal and thrive, creating a more genuine and connected world.
