Mr. Burrell updated the listeners about a series of organized meetings by the BFAA for Black Farmers in several southern states to aid those who have experienced discrimination in the farm loan process before January 2021. We received updates on the BFAA organized gatherings of Black Farmers and Landowners around Mason Tennessee and the Blue Oval, to capitalize on economic opportunities for the Black Community as Blue Oval City makes its home in the region. This and other information from the President of BFAA-Memphis, Mr. Thomas Burrell. Also open forum conversation on issues topics that affect Black People locally, nationally, and internationally.

The book examines how our ancestors in Attala County, Miss. after the Civil War, shaped their economic and social politics in a move for independence.
