Ukraine is blaming Russia and there is good reason Russia may have attacked the pipeline. They desperately need to boost morale and making it look like their assets are under attack form the West will certainly help their recruiting cause. But Biden's past comments make it hard to believe anything other than the US sabotaged Russia supply lines into Europe.
