Doug Setter is a certified fitness instructor and former paratrooper in the Canadian Army. He was also a military instructor and at age 40 became a kickboxing champion! Doug also ran 5 full marathons and climbed Mt Rainier. At age 63 he is full of life and practical experiences and loves to do one thing… make it simple for people to get started with new habits that will help them live an abundant life. In this episode, Doug and I go over his challenges growing up as a skinny weak kid, his transformation, and give you a simple super formula that will help you accomplish anything in life. Enjoy!
