Health Heroes!
One of the most profound experiences of my life was attending a gong meditation yoga class. At first I thought it was a bunch of woo woo B.S… boy was I wrong! After roughly 90 minutes of laying on the ground and listening to the vibrational frequency of the gong I was totally hooked! Very quickly I fell asleep and 90 minutes later I woke up more relaxed than I could ever remember. It felt like the class was 10-15 minutes long and my stress was completely neutralized.
