Episode #171

Health Heroes!

I have spoken to you many times about how movement is a vital component of having and maintaining a healthy body and life. Our bodies are designed to move and for many of us we have drifted into a sedentary life of ease and convenience. Unfortunately when we live that way our muscles and bones deteriorate and we are then subject to living a life of limited movement, weak bones and disease. In this episode you will hear the story of a little girl who was not athletic who later in life not only finished 15 triathlons and became a triathlon coach she developed an unstoppable inner strength that she now applies to all aspects of her life. The goal of this episode is to get you moving, get some resistance in your life so you can grow into your full potential and lead others by your example just like Jen. Thank you for listening, please subscribe and share this podcast if you like the content and think it could benefit someone you know. Love & Light -Coach Tim.
