Have you ever heard of the term “Gerontology”? The definition is basically someone who studies old age, the process of aging and the particular problems of old people. I was fortunate enough to meet Barbara and knew immediately that I had to get her on to talk about what she is seeing from a gerontologist point of view in regards to the overall health of the working class. The statistics are quite shocking how much the cost of so-called “healthcare” has become. One would think that with 4.3 trillion dollars being spent each year just in the U.S. that Americans would have amazing health but far from it. We are the sickest people to ever walk the face of this planet and I am on a mission to turn that around for those open to learning and taking action in their own lives.
