Show Notes
Once upon a time, a young Canadian man with a sense of adventure, books a one way ticket to Japan, with a red backpack and nowhere to stay. He ends up sleeping on a park bench.
30+ years later and he’s still in Japan, by way of Singapore and India, but he’s a long way from the park bench. He is Paul Dupuis, now the Japan Chairman and CEO of Randstad, the worlds largest talent company, and author of The E5 Movement: Leadership Through the Rule of 5.
We discuss what Paul has learnt about good leadership, teamwork, sports, and the important of self awareness. He also shares his stories of self doubt.
