This week's TIP TUESDAY features, shot putter, JON JONES. Jon shares some advice about how believing in himself was a true turning point in his career. Jones was the 2015 NCAA shot put champion at Buffulo and finished 4th at the 2019 USATF Championships. He has finished as high as 5th in the World Rankings.
