This week, Coach Frontier's guests are Canadian Shot Putters - Brittany Crew and Sarah Mitton. Brit is 2016 Olympian and the Canadian record holder in the shot put with a throw of 19.28m (63'2.75"). Sarah has a PR of 18.84m (61'9.5") competed at the 2019 World Championships with Brit and both have qualified for the 2021 Olympics in Toyko. We talk about there journeys as throwers, the ups and downs and their work with Coach Rich Parkinson.
