This week, Coach Frontier's guest on the show is Kara Winger. Kara is the US Record Holder in the Javelin 218'8" - 66.67m, 8-Time USATF National Champion, and 3-Time Olympian. She finished 5th at 2019 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in Doha. She thinks everyone should try the Javelin and with her enthusiasm for the event...I can't think of a reason why not!
