Cullman's career has been spent in the food and agricultural sector working in government, the private sector, foundations, trade associations and academia. She holds agricultural degrees from The Ohio State University and hails from Marysville, Ohio, where her family owned and operated a cow/calf farm.
The American Feed Industry Association, based in Arlington, Va., is the world's largest organization devoted exclusively to representing the business, legislative and regulatory interests of the U.S. animal food industry and its suppliers.
