I don't know if I've ever said "Every Mom Needs..." before, but I'm going to say it confidently now. Every mom needs to create a vision for the year. It is a practice that has compounding effects and will allow you to create a unique life for you that is better than you could have possibly imagined. If you are starting at the phase where you have no clue what you want to your days as a mom to look like, welcome, that is right where I started.
