The lymphatic system is part of our immune system and has many functions, including:
๐๐ป Maintaining fluid levels in the body ๐๐ป Absorbs fats from the digestive tract ๐๐ป Protects our body against foreign invaders ๐๐ป Transports and removes waste products and abnormal cells from the lymph
Our body carries around 15 litres of lymphatic fluid which can sit and be stagnant if we are not doing all we can to help move it around our body.
Learning how to get it working optimally is crucial for a healthy lifestyle.
