Chris and Ken welcome special guests Heather Scott and Ryan Gattoni to the podcast. Ryan is a solo missionary living on Gonave Island off the coast of Haiti in the Caribbean Sea. After most missionary organizations have left the country due to the devastation left by hurricane Matthew in 2016, the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse in 2021 and the subsequent government collapse, a civil war with criminal gangs, widespread corruption, and crushing poverty, Ryan is living among the Haitians who remain--feeding the hungry, treating the sick and injured, teaching the children, and showing them all the love and hope of Jesus Christ.
