When three pastors walk into a bar, they’re bound to meet people who give a variety of reasons why they either don’t believe Jesus is the Christ or they’re repelled by his church. In the first of a three part series, Pastor Chris shares his testimony of growing up as a pastor’s kid only to run in the opposite direction as a young adult. But God loves cynics too and pursued him with jealous love, undeniable truth, and radical grace. Chris now leads a church that includes many former cynics, skeptics, and scoffers who are living their lives as demonstrations of authentic, selfless, faith-filled service to their community and the world.
