Episode 11: What about yo' friends!?

Welcome back yall!! What about yo friends!? It’s giving hard work! On this episode, we dive into establishing and maintaining friendships as an adult. It aint easy! I 100% pushed away the possibility of developing new relationships out of fear and masked it as….no new friends. I am talking about the process of accepting I needed friends who were like minded and able to hold me accountable and that I needed to show myself friendly and open to begin to develop strong substantive friendships. It hasn’t been easy and it has required me to speak up, slow down, accept and take the time to learn new people. I also touch briefly about men and women friendships and how I believe it is needed….but we will go deeper into that topic in another episode! Are you open to new friendships?
