Show Notes

On this episode of the Three-Inning Save podcast, Dodgers starter Tony Gonsolin is out for the season after elbow surgery, and reliever Brock Stewart was placed on the 15-day injured list with right shoulder inflammation, and will have testing done Wednesday in Los Angeles. Stewart is the 19th different Dodgers pitcher to be placed on the injured list in 2025.

Plus the Dodgers lost a wild game in extra innings to the Angels, dropping to 0-5 against the Halos this season. The loss dropped the Dodgers into a first-place tie with the Padres in the National League West.

Plus, Shohei Ohtani homered and continues to pile up runs scored, Michael Conforto continues to struggle, and a former Dodgers minor leaguer (Justin Hagenman) got a FOUR-inning save (close enough!) for the Mets on Tuesday night.

The Three-Inning Save is part of the Fans First Sports Network. Hosted by Eric Stephen and Jacob Burch, with questions from Craig Minami. Produced by Brian Salvatore.
