With this foundation in place we move on to discuss the different types of distributions available, along with a host of Window Managers and Desktop Environments. Finally, we wrap up the show with some good advice to budding Linux converts, along with a brief detour into two popular ‘hardcore’ distributions (Gentoo and Arch).
